There’s something incredibly special about being invited into the story of a couple’s journey—and when that story takes you to another part of the country, it becomes even more unforgettable. This summer, I had the honor of flying out to Seattle to photograph the engagement session of Stephanie and Tyler, and it was nothing short of magical.
Seattle is one of those cities that feels like a character in the love story itself. The skyline, the water, the hidden corners filled with charm and history—it all came together to create the perfect backdrop for this session. We spent the afternoon exploring some of downtown Seattle’s most iconic and intimate spots, from Pike Place Market to the quiet streets of Pioneer Square to the iconic State Hotel. Every moment felt cinematic.
Flying out for this session reminded me why I love what I do. Every couple, every location, every story is unique—and getting to document that with intention is what keeps my heart in this work.
